Any adjustments made up to 15 days before your rental start date will result in a refund in the form of your original payment.
Any adjustments made 14 days or fewer than your rental start date will result in a charge to your credit card for 2 months of rental fees.
All our works have a minimum 3-month rental period. Any adjustments made after your rental start date and before the end of the 3-month minimum rental period will result in a charge to your credit card for 2 months of rental fees. This policy applies to adjustments such as: 1. Removal of artworks. 2. Change of artworks. 3. Order cancellation. For more details, please refer to our Terms of Service.
