BIO
Lynnette Horn is a self-taught painter, who paints realism in acrylics. She earned a
BS in Communications from Maryville University in St. Louis and spent
most of her career in journalism and freelance writing. Twenty-five years
ago, she discovered painting. At first, she explored decorative art, where she
learned color theory and elements of design. Not long after, she moved on to
fine art. Her painting focus is on the people and culture of the Ozarks
Mountains where she lives.
